The entire experience, from the input and advice as we chose our flooring, to the demo of the old and install of the new, was excellent. The office staff and all the workers are so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Prices are fair and the work quick, thorough, and done with excellence. Customer service from office staff to every worker that entered our home was superb. "Once again, Five Star Floors has knocked it out of the park!!!

Last year they did a complete floor install throughout our home that was fabulous. We had them come back again to complete a backsplash install in our kitchen and update to a fresh paint look in the entire home. From the start, Roy is great. Not many owners of a company will come out and walk you through a project and give you practical and sound advice when going over the details. His pricing is fair and the quality of the work of his team goes above and beyond. From demo, to install, to cleanup the crews were professional, friendly, efficient and most of all made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. And the office staff, including Megan, were just as great to work with. She kept me up-to-date on every step of each one of the projects ,and in the timely manner so that we always knew what was coming up. I 100% plan on using them for our next project, and you should consider it too. You would not be disappointed. "
